Service Description

One to one teaching session - The Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation - "the fountain of youth". An ancient and proven routine for daily use engaging the whole body. All sessions are with Jacob, whether online or in person. Upon booking, Jacob will contact you to confirm location, either online, in the OhmBrella woodland. This is an intensive, full body strength and mobility activation, that will stretch your body and mind. This ancient practice is renowned for balancing hormones, invigorating the nerves and increasing overall life force and regulating the immune and cardiovascular systems. Taught in a memorable and accessible way. Some experience in yoga is useful, but not essential. This system can be applied to any level of fitness to increase performance, nervous response and and somatic connections. If you'd like to have Jacob visit you at your own place for this session, that's also possible with additional travel charges. This can be arranged when Jacob contacts you about your booking.
